Development of a light-weight Web Client for the Kakadu Learning System

Kakadu – the Open Learning System: Under this heading a flexible open-source learning platform is developed. It supports the user during the learning process and adapts itself to the user's learning habits. Learning contents can be shared with other users and can be learned in groups to strengthen the learning success. The system can be adapted to different e-learning scenarios and can be extended easily due to a modular architecture.
Goal of this bachelor thesis is the development of the client-side of the Kakadu learning system which provides possibilities to administrate the system and communities and the learning user interface itself. Especially the usability and the accessibility of this web-client regarding different devices are crucial for successful learning.
